Enterprise Mortgage
was established in Page in 1986 and is the only Mortgage
broker north of Flagstaff, AZ. Management has over 23 years experience
in various phases of Banking and Finance and has been a
resident of Page and a member of it's financial community
since l979. We are members in good standing with the Arizona
Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association
of Mortgage Brokers.
In 2000, management expanded services by acquiring ownership
of Coldwell Banker At Lake Powell. While both companies
are co-owned, each is operated separately and independently
of the other. Customers of one company are not required
to utilize the services offered by the other.
As a Mortgage Broker we are approved Wholesale Correspondents
with several of the most well known Mortgage Lenders in
the United States, including the two largest in terms of
both dollar volume and funded loans.
Our lenders are all FNMA/FHLMC/VA/FmHA approved and we offer
both First and Second Trust Deed loans. We are not a "hard
money" lender although we have the capability to serve all
of our client's individual situations. All processing is
performed in our Page office and our funding comprises virtually
100% of the loans originated. Each loan submission is tailored
to the Client and submitted to the appropriate Lender based
on the best program and pricing available in the marketplace.
Over the years, Enterprise has been the forerunner in Residential
financing in Page and as we are not tied to one Lender we
have by far the largest array of mortgage loans available.
In addition to Primary residences, we also finance Second
or Vacation homes, Investor (or rental) properties, Conforming
Manufactured Housing, Townhouses,and Condominiums. We also
provide Construction-Perm financing, as well as Lot Only,
Model and "Spec" loans. Our extensive background also includes
Commercial lending through either Conventional or SBA sources.
